FIFA World Cup™ Germany 2006 player's profile

A striker who can also play in midfield, Bravo has spent his whole career to date at Guadalajara, and is now one of the stars of the Mexican Premier League team.
Bravo remains a fringe member of the Mexican squad, only appearing in four matches in qualification for the 2006 FIFA World Cup™, all as a substitute.

Bravo was selected in the squad for the 2005 FIFA Confederations Cup but did not see any action. A year earlier, he scored twice for Mexico at the 2004 Olympic Games. Before becoming a professional footballer, Bravo was an amateur boxer.
