FIFA World Cup™ Germany 2006 player's profile

As a tall defender, Grosso may lack some speed but he makes up for that by his strength and positioning.
The Palermo player used to be a midfielder but in Marcello Lippi’s Italy side he has switched to become a left-back. Although he made his debut in the national squad in 2003, he only earned a regular spot in 2005.
