December: Member of the Argentinean team that reached the FIFA World Youth Championship semifinals in the UAE. 2005 July: Helps Argentina claim their 5th FIFA World Youth Championship, though he misses the final through suspension. 2006 May: Helps Boca Juniors to win the Argentine championship for the second year running. September 14: Helped Boca Juniors win its third Recopa Sudamericana title.
